Welcome to KARMASEDA. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our online store, including browsing the website, placing orders, and purchasing products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

The publication of a product in our store does not guarantee that it will remain permanently available.

4. PRICES

Product prices will be those displayed in the store at the time of purchase.

KARMASEDA may change its prices when necessary. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except when there is an obvious error in the price or product information.

Taxes, shipping costs, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when appropriate.

5. ORDERS

After making a purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order.

KARMASEDA may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the corresponding amount will be refunded through the payment method used, as applicable.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. KARMASEDA does not store or control all financial information processed directly by these providers.

The purchase will be subject to approval of the payment method used.

7. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders may begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Due to our processing system, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Some products may be shipped from warehouses or suppliers located outside the United States, including Asia. Therefore, processing and transit times may vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping carrier.

The delivery times shown in our store are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Orders shipped to certain destinations may be subject to taxes, tariffs, import duties, or other charges imposed by the relevant authorities.

Unless otherwise indicated during checkout, these charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

KARMASEDA does not control the procedures or processing times of customs authorities.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Requests for returns, cancellations, or refunds will be governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy, available in our online store.

These Terms of Service do not replace or modify the conditions established in that policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Purchasing a product does not grant the customer any rights to the KARMASEDA brand, content, or intellectual property.

KARMASEDA will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, conflicts, emergencies, transportation interruptions, supplier failures, government restrictions, customs issues, or interruptions to technology services.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. WAIVER

The failure of KARMASEDA to immediately exercise a right established in these terms does not mean that it waives that right.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the agreement applicable to the use of our store and the purchase of products.

KARMASEDA may update these Terms of Service when necessary.

The current version will be the version published in our store with its updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
